We were a GM family and I have always driven GM cars. I have always wanted a Bug convertible and I finally got it. I love it so much. I make up excuses to go somewhere just so I can drive it. I have the top down as much as the weather permits. Ashley was a wonderful salesman and I would go back to him if I ever feel the need to trade this bug in for a newer model.

My drive for service to this dealership is 3hrs Round trip. It is worth my time to drive this far for the fantastic service I get here. I have tried to do business at another dayton Vw dealership prior and my experience was far less than acceptable. This Is my 3rd Vw and I shopped around for My Jetta. The Quality Of The Staff at White Allen Really exceeded My expectations. I have recommended These folks to all my friends and Family. I have people ask me alot whrer I got My Jetta. I always Tell them not to waste their time and just go to White Allen

I have previously seen commercial of customers complementing, even praising the service experience. I went to this dealership and had work done in December 2009 and the experience was absolutely impressive in how I was treated and how much the manager was willing to work with me. I inadvertently neglected to complete the survey. I continue to be impressed.with the service and will continue to have my car service with your dealership, especially in view of the fact that the other area dealership seemed more concerned about how much it could get than whether they were creating and maintaining a gratifying customer service experience.
