My experience was seamless from the initial call I made to getting my vehicle serviced and returned. Will was my advisor and gave me the best customer service I've had at a dealership. Rarely have i been made to feel as though my time and money are genuinely valued, but he gave me the impression the entire time I dealt with the dealership that it was his car and his concern to address. Not sure what their secret is here, but I actuality enjoyed my interactions and the fact I was bringing my Tiguan here. Excellent customer service...and the slushy machine was certainly a nice surprise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10,000 mile service was performed quickly, nice waiting area and they washed the car

Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. The waiting area is comfortable, the people are hospitable, and there are plenty of snacks available. My only concern has to do with the issue; our Sportwagen has ~90k miles and there’s no way a seat belt tensioner/igniter should go bad so soon…or have a price of $450 for the part. We previously had a wiring harness go bad at ~50k miles on the airbag system (covered under warranty) but this doesn’t bode well for long term ownership.

Service was very good. Quoted a price over the phone - but when they presented the invoice it was $50 higher than quoted. After discussing the issue - the price was corrected
