We told advisor we would wait when we scheduled . They said would be done in an hour which is why she waited. Oil change and taking off engine cover. Little did we know it wood be way over. After 1hr 45 minutes my wife asked about car still not ready. Not once did they come over and give an update. She ended up being at dealership for over 2 hours. She wasn’t happy .

The car buying experience was about like most others: a friendly salesman who was able to answer all our questions, a few mistakes regarding the price (perhaps innocent mistakes, but both would have benefitted the dealer), and then a different person trying to upsell us on added warranty, etc. That was all fine and we went in expecting it. The main reason for two starts is that our brand new vehicle has problems and so far they've done nothing to help us get them fixed except say "oh yes, we're going to take care of that for you." But nothing has happened now and it's been two weeks since the purchase. There's a scratch on one door, the back seat is misaligned, the flashing brake like doesn't flash, and the auto headlights don't auto dim like they're supposed to. If it were just one thing that maybe would be okay but this is multiple issues. It certainly turns us off from wanting to ever get another VW. If this dealer represents the VW company then I'm not impressed.
