    The appointment logistics were fine. I was shocked that my entire radio and touchscreen needed to be replaced after only 37,000 miles. I bought the car new in 2019 and barely drive. I don't want to spend $1,500 for a replacement radio. My wife wants to buy a new VW for a second car but this is the third major defect with this car and I won't go with VW again.
