I requested an oil change, tire rotation, airbag recall repair, new wipers, and new batteries in both key fobs. It took awhile (almost three hours), but all work was done well, and I was updated on progress as I waited. I even got a car wash, and the service rep replaced the batteries for free. I live 20 miles from White-Allen, but the drive past a much closer VW dealer is worth it to me to get such excellent service.

Polite, competent. Offered free inspection of alignment and free car wash. Inspection revealed that alignment specs were off, and I had them corrected - on the highway car was much improved.
