    Was disappointed that a preexisting issue with my vehicle was not covered by the dealership. I bought this vehicle from White Allen and the only service to this vehicle was the service appointment I was here for. Right front tire had been cross threaded and they had to replace the wheel hub. I still feel White Allen should have covered this.

    Honestly the service rep I felt with was wonderful. The result of my visit was horrible. I was told that my PCV valve was broken and causing the oil leak and I was out of warranty. The replacement cost 1500. + 200 shop fee. Then I asked how long to fix it, no estimate as the part is on back order. I asked about why that was and am told we are replacing a lot of them. My response, so if the part is breaking on that many vehicles that the part can’t be found then why is it not a recall? I have taken it to two other independent certified VW mechanics quoting a price of 900 to fix and that this faulty part could have started an engine fire because the oil was leaking into combustible areas of the engine. I won’t be back to ever buy a VW product again as the company doesn’t take responsibility for faulty parts and possible harm to my vehicle or my family’s safety. I have reported this to the NHTSA as well as to BBB.

    I waited 2.5 hours after choosing the car to sign lease agreement. If this is common it should have been communicated.
