The only problem I have is the long wait times. I think one of the employees mentioned options where you don't have to wait but it's not well advertised so I end up just having to wait at the dealership. It was almost 2 hours this time -- if I book a time slot for a service as simple as an oil change -- I feel like it shouldn't take that long. Otherwise the employees are kind and the location is clean and whatnot. Just the wait times are terrible.

The person who did my paperwork and was great. The tech however, farted in my car. As when I opened the door I was overcome by the odor. In some instances this would be funny. However, in this instance not.
