The only problem I have is the long wait times. I think one of the employees mentioned options where you don't have to wait but it's not well advertised so I end up just having to wait at the dealership. It was almost 2 hours this time -- if I book a time slot for a service as simple as an oil change -- I feel like it shouldn't take that long. Otherwise the employees are kind and the location is clean and whatnot. Just the wait times are terrible.
