Cars on the lot and show room was clean and organized, the sales consultant that helped us was Paige, she was extremely helpful, friendly, and fun to work with. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything, but she was able to answer all our questions and after the deal was completed she stay after hours to show us all the ends and outs of our new car. We can will be going back. OH and They have slushies 😆 🤣

I dropped my car off on Monday, August 4th for an 8:00am appointment on Tuesday, August 5th. At no time was I told that my appointment would be considered a drop-off appointment and they would get to it when they were able to. They did not look at my car until Wednesday, August 6th until after 2:00pm. I was contacted by Jesse around 9:00am on Wednesday and he told me that they transferred my car to a different technician and he would be working on it soon. When speaking with both the service manager, Zack and General Manager, Jason Bickett, I was told by them it was looked at before that which was a lie. As I have data from my phone as well as the information that Jesse shared with me. Jason, informed that he was unsure where I got that information and when I told him from my phone and from Jesse and shared that Jesse no longer worked for the company. Every time I use the service department at White Allen, I feel like I get the runaround and and have had nothing but bad experiences since I have brought my car there.
