    You are getting this rating because you refuse to leave me alone because you are desperate to increase your online rating that is doing poorly. The biggest issue I had with your company is that I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday for the next day. White Allen had over 24 hrs to inform me that you do not have wait appointments after 4:30, so I leave early from work to make my appointment at 4:30 only be to be told that I'm SOL for getting my oil changed because "we don't take appointments after 3:30" well hate to break that mystical bubble but I had an appointment scheduled. after arguing with me they decided to finally look into the issue on their system to see I was correct and had a appointment but now the mechanics were going to be leaving at 5 so there was nothing they could do. I would be less mad if they had attempted to ask a mechanic to stay an hour late and do my oil change, they still would have been closed by the same time they typically do. Then because I still needed an appointment to get my oil changed, I looked at the man "helping" me after he dismissed me rather rudely that I would still like to make an appointment for asap because it still needed to be changed. The team is the worst level of problem-solving capabilities that I have ever seen. Which is staying a lot. If they had been willing to ask a mechanic to stay late or say I'm sorry about this inconvenience but we have these availabilities tomorrow that would have been so much better than looking at me like I'm the idiot.

    Maggie, From the creation of the appointment, check in with the advisor, problem solving capabilities at the time, communication, and follow through, it definitely sounds like none of the processes we have in play to prevent this worked as it should. We will be reviewing, and addressing this with the team moving forward. Scheduling is set up so that any appointment scheduled after 3:30pm, is to be worked on the following day - given how long these vehicles can take to service now. We apologies that the communication of that fell through - and we greatly appreciate your feedback on what happened. Take care.

    over 3 hours waiting to do an oil change, tire rotation, and comply with 2 recalls. this is an excessive amount of time.
